Definitive Construction LLC is owned and operated by Steve Schovajsa
Steve has been in the residential construction industry since 2002. He started as a laborer for a custom homes builder while he attended Bellevue College and then later attended and graduated from the University of Washington. At age 23, Steve partnered up with his brother in a family startup construction company where they started out small, focusing on mostly kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. After several years of solid and growing business, their scope expanded into larger scale addition remodel projects, and then later into custom home builds. All along the way, they practiced their developed expertise on finishing details which came from many years of setting tile and finish carpentry, and all of the details along the way that set up for a nice finish.
In 2018, Steve went out on his own into business and started Definitive Construction LLC. After starting his own business, Steve has taken on jobs of all sizes from small single bathrooms or kitchen remodels, to large scale addition remodeling projects. Over the many years, his knowledge has evolved from completing the work himself, to managing jobs and working alongside a team of workers.
